This is the Petsafe standard in ground fence base system.  The package includes the transmitter and receiver only, you will need to add wire and flag.  This is the ideal package when you need to replace an existing fence system that has the wire installed on your property already.  Or, this package can be customized to your needs by adding the upgraded 18 GA wire and extra flags for an installation to cover a large area.
