Lionsco Pet Products offers the following Returns Policy:
We want your buying experience with Lionsco to be the best it could be. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, issues or for advice.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the best value of every purchase you make at Lionsco Pet Products. We want to be your number one choice for Pet Products.
You have our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply contact us within 30 days of invoice date to receive an exchange or return.
Returns must be in new (pet beds, blankets or other pet furniture must be in unused and in sealed packaging) condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package. Returns must include the original invoice dated.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all refused shipments or returned non defective merchandise.
- Inbound and outbound shipping/handling charges are non-refundable if the merchandise is not defective.
- Non-defective returns on items with Free shipping will have the original outbound shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
- Return any unused items in original condition and original vendor packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment.
- We ask that returns be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Initial outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable. In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

- Please contact us first in order to obtain an RMA NUMBER and shipping address to ship your product back to.
- Please put the RMA NUMBER in the following two places : 1.) on your invoice to include in with the package, 2.)on the lower left hand corner of the box you are sending the product back in.
- Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you along with your RMA NUMBER.
- For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured.
- Include your original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money.
- Please note whether the product packaging was opened and/or the product was used.
- Lionscopetproducts.com cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.
- Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund.
- Containment Systems can only be refunded if it was not installed. Due to the nature of the do it-your-self systems any defects can be addressed by the manufacture.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect orders will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to you.
- Your satisfaction is paramount, exchanges for size, color etc. will be done at no cost to you except for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
- We are glad to provide service in anyway we can but we ask that you do not use or damaged product that you want to return, unfortunately used or abused products may not qualify for a refund or credit.
- Returns from Canada will incure the same policies above but will include the diffence ( if any) of the actual shipping charge against what was paid on the invoice.
- Either log in to your account or enter your email address in "Track my order" box on the right.
- A link to your invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Click on the link that is in the email.
- Select from the list of your invoices the order that includes the item you want to return.
- One you see the invoice, in the top right click on the text link that says "Order Returns"
- Fill out the return request from and submit. You will get an email telling you that that you submitted a return.
- With in one to two day look for an email from Lionsco stating the status of your return request. In almost all cases you will get an email saying that your return request has been approved. The email will also include instructions on how to return the item and the return address and RA#.
- Please Note: All returns must be requested in this manor or by email sent to email@example.com . Returns will not be accepted and/or refunds will be delayed if items are shipped back without prior authorization.

No surprises! You will always see the final shipping charges displayed in your cart during checkout before you enter your payment information.
Free shipping items are shipped with standard ground service only.
Free shipping on orders - Applies to standard ground service to the contential US. Free Shipping means that you will not pay for shipping on that item, the price you see in your cart will be the final price you pay. Lionsco Pet Products will pay for the out bound shipping cost to have the item delivered to your door. Applies to standard ground service to the lower 48 US states.
Again, Your final charges will be shown in your cart and prior to final payment.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada you may still shop with Lionsco Pet Products. However, please note that all orders may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Lionsco Pet Products does not ship to international locations.
Canadian orders are shipped by UPS and may be subject to UPS's broker fees. All fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable if the item is returned for any reason.
Lionsco Pet Products ships to APO/FPO Addresses.
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our authorized distributors. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours via UPS, USPS or FedEx, however many orders ship sooner including the same day. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.

Most items are always in stock but occasionally there are runs on an item and it’s periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you immediately letting you know when that item will be shipping again. You will have the option to cancel your order at this point without penalty.
